This course of Molecular biology is one of the most interesting sciences, in which new discoveries are made every day. Molecular biology focuses on DNA, RNA, and protein synthesis in cells and is closely related to the fields of cell biology, genetics, genomics, and biochemistry. This course provides a great opportunity to learn the basic and important techniques used in molecular biology and this technique is very important in the laboratory during PCR.
Expectations about the course (30 sec)
I expect that this course able to recall principles of chemical structure (i.e., covalent Bonds, polarity, the hydrophobic effect, hydrogen bonds, and other non-covalent Interactions), and apply them in the context of the dynamic aspects of molecular Structure. This course Will change the world by producing organisms with cloning techniques. The method in Molecular Biology Will teaches a better way to detect different disordered and find out a way to treat them efficiently. This will able us to apply this knowledge, Skill, and awareness to topics such as the Function of DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, Recombinant DNA Technology, Blotting techniques translation, and DNA replication. This course will develop the skill of research and produce an interest in the field of molecular biology among the Students
