Solution:

Formula: File Size / Transfer Rate

Transfer Rate 56kbps

File Size= 15MB

15MB=15*1000Byte=15,000Byte

15000Byte*8Bit =1,20,000Bits

Time= 1,20,000 / 56 =2142.8sec

In Minutes:

2142.8* 60 = 35.7 minutes
